We are looking for a skilled and passionate UI/UX Designer & Mentor who can train students in UI/UX design concepts, industry-standard tools, design processes, and real-time project development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on UI/UX Design.
- Teach UI Design, UX Research, User Flows, Wireframing, Prototyping, and Design Systems.
- Provide hands-on training using Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
- Guide students in creating real-time projects and portfolio-ready case studies.
- Explain design principles, typography, color theory, layouts, grids, and responsive design.
- Teach UX research methods, user personas, journey mapping, usability testing, and information architecture.
- Mentor students in developing professional UI/UX portfolios.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare students for UI/UX interviews and industry requirements.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and industry practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX Design principles and processes.
- Hands-on experience with Figma & other tools.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, design systems, and responsive design.
- Good understanding of UX research and usability principles.
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and mentor students effectively.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Practical/project experience in UI/UX design is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience as a UI/UX Designer, Mentor, Trainer, or Faculty.
- Experience working on real-time UI/UX projects.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
