We are looking for a skilled and motivated Cold Calling Specialist to conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to businesses across the United States. The primary goal of this role is to generate new accounts and close business opportunities related to printer supplies, toner usage, and cartridge requirements.
You will be expected to make 70–80 outbound calls per day. The ideal candidate must have a neutral English accent, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn and follow call scripts while confidently closing new accounts. This position supports business operations in the US EST time zone, and is open to Work from Office only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make 70–80 outbound B2B cold calls daily to businesses in the United States
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone
- Close new accounts and secure orders for printer supplies, toner, and cartridges
- Identify business needs related to printers, toner usage, and cartridge requirements
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and account information using Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Handle objections and gatekeepers with professionalism and persistence
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets for call volume, account acquisition, and sales
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve outreach and sales strategies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or B2B sales
- Ability to make 70–80 outbound calls daily with consistent performance
- Neutral English accent with clear and confident phone communication
- Ability to learn, follow, and execute call scripts effectively
- Strong closing skills and confidence in acquiring new accounts
- Excellent listening and accurate data entry skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and CRM systems
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure
- Basic computer literacy with experience using spreadsheets, CRM tools, and calling software
- Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the printing supplies or office equipment industry
- Familiarity with auto-dialers or outbound calling platforms
- Experience working with international or US-based clients
Compensation
- $100 per week (base pay)
- 10% commission on every order value placed
- Unlimited earning potential based on performance
