We are looking for Strategic Sales Executive – Energy Storage Vertical who is responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, handling inbound queries, and promoting Trydan Tech’s products and services. The role demands strong communication skills, customer focus, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads. Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively to customers. Handle inbound queries and provide timely resolutions. Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and feedback. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets. Collaborate with the sales and customer support teams to ensure smooth processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, CRM software, Microsoft Office. Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in English (regional language Customer Orientation: Ability to handle queries with patience and professionalism.
