About the Role
Visionexa Institute of Professional Studies is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Partner Relationship Manager to expand and manage our admission partner network across Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, building long-term business relationships, and contributing to student enrollment growth through strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new admission partners across Kerala.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business associates and referral partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Promote Visionexa courses and admission opportunities through partner networks.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure timely follow-up of enquiries received through partners.
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular support.
- Maintain records of leads, admissions, partner activities, and performance metrics.
- Plan and execute partner engagement activities and awareness programs.
- Achieve monthly targets related to partner acquisition and student admissions.
- Travel within Kerala as required for business development activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Relationship Management, Channel Sales, Marketing, or Educational Services.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Malayalam and English.
- Excellent networking and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in educational institutions, training organizations, business development, franchise operations, or channel partner management.
- Knowledge of the Kerala education and training sector will be an added advantage.
