Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Lead GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
The ideal candidate should have worked on real-world enterprise AI implementations using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent architectures, orchestration frameworks, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations. Candidates with only POC-level GenAI exposure may not be suitable for this requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-grade GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
- Build and deploy applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
- Design multi-agent architectures involving tool usage, memory, planning, guardrails, observability, and Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Build backend AI services using Python, FastAPI, and asynchronous programming patterns.
- Integrate AI applications with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, and pgvector.
- Design prompt engineering strategies and LLM evaluation frameworks.
- Build HITL approval and review workflows for critical AI-driven decisions.
- Deploy and manage GenAI applications on Azure or equivalent AWS/GCP platforms.
- Implement secure credential management, managed identities, RBAC, and enterprise security standards.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Work with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance for GenAI and Agentic AI initiatives.
Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of overall relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience delivering production-grade GenAI / Agentic AI solutions.
- Experience with LLM platforms such as:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Azure OpenAI
- Strong experience with one or more Agentic AI frameworks:
- LangGraph
- LangChain
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Strong Python development experience.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
- Good understanding of asynchronous programming patterns.
- Strong experience building RAG pipelines.
- Experience with vector databases such as:
- FAISS
- Pinecone
- pgvector
- Strong Prompt Engineering skills.
- Experience with LLM evaluations and testing.
- Hands-on experience designing Human-in-the-Loop workflows.
- Strong understanding of multi-agent system architecture.
- Experience with tool calling, agent memory, planning, guardrails, and observability.
- Ability to explain and implement appropriate trade-offs between deterministic workflows and LLM-based decision-making.
Cloud & Enterprise Deployment Skills
Hands-on experience with Azure services such as:
- Azure OpenAI
- Azure Container Apps
- Azure Blob Storage
- Azure Key Vault
- Entra ID / RBAC
- Managed Identity
- Secure secrets and credential management
Equivalent experience with AWS or GCP can also be considered.
Enterprise Integration Experience
Candidates should have experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms or systems such as:
- Microsoft Graph API
- Power Automate
- Salesforce
- REST APIs
- Enterprise applications and external systems
Preferred Skills
- Experience with n8n or similar workflow automation/orchestration tools.
- Experience with enterprise GenAI security and governance.
- Knowledge of LLM monitoring and observability.
- Experience leading GenAI or Agentic AI technical implementations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ideal Candidate
