Are you passionate about real estate sales and driven by targets? We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager – Real Estate to join our growing team and lead sales initiatives for premium real estate projects.
Industry: Real Estate / Property Sales
Experience Required: 3–8 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead and manage the end-to-end sales process for residential/commercial real estate projects.
✔ Generate leads through channel partners, references, direct sales, and networking.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders.
✔ Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
✔ Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
✔ Develop and execute sales strategies to increase conversions and business growth.
✔ Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management and follow-ups.
✔ Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Strong experience in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive performance.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven mindset.
Strong local market knowledge and client network will be an added advantage.
