Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the group's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Advise executive management on financial planning, investment decisions, and risk management.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansions, and restructuring initiatives.
- Lead and mentor finance teams across multiple business units.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Analyze financial performance and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor key financial metrics, profitability, cash flow, and return on investment.
- Provide strategic financial insights and business performance reports to management.
Financial Reporting
- Ensure timely preparation and consolidation of group financial statements.
- Maintain compliance with applicable accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, Ind AS, etc.).
- Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and the Board.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across all entities.
Treasury & Cash Flow Management
- Manage group cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.
- Oversee banking relationships, financing arrangements, and debt management.
- Optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
- Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures where applicable.
Taxation & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and statutory requirements.
- Oversee corporate tax planning and risk management.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and controls.
Risk Management & Internal Controls
- Establish and strengthen internal control systems.
- Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Oversee internal and external audit processes.
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business unit heads to improve financial performance.
- Support investor relations and communications with lenders and shareholders.
- Provide financial guidance for strategic projects and investments
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
