Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of our panel manufacturing company. The candidate will coordinate with clients, sales engineers, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction. Experience in electrical panels, LT/HT panels, control panels, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team for inquiries, quotations, and order processing.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations for electrical/control panel projects.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and purchase orders.
- Maintain records of sales orders, customer data, and project status.
- Coordinate with production and dispatch departments for timely delivery.
- Handle customer communication regarding order status, dispatch schedules, and documentation.
- Prepare sales reports, MIS reports, and pending order status reports.
- Assist in tender documentation and submission processes.
- Support sales engineers in achieving sales targets.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and payment follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Basic understanding of electrical panels, switchgear, or industrial products.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing or industrial product sales coordination preferred.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in LT/HT Panel Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of tendering and project coordination is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
