Job Title: Senior HR Executive
Job Summary:
A Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing key human resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR documentation. The role ensures smooth HR operations, compliance with labor laws and company policies, and contributes to employee engagement and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Process payroll inputs and coordinate with the payroll team.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee database.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Conduct performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS reports, and other HR-related data.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Understanding of labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory compliances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- ESSL Software Knowledge.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
3–7 years of experience in Human Resources.
Working Hours:- 10:00 am to 6:30 pm
Salary Range:- 30K to 40K
