Position: Sales Manager
Location: Calicut
Salary: Up to ₹6 - 9 LPA (Salary will be based on the experience and profile)
Experience: Minimum 5 –12 + years of experience in Automobile Sales, with proven experience in team handling and target achievement. Candidates from automobile dealerships are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
* Monitor showroom sales performance and ensure achievement of business objectives.
* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall customer satisfaction.
* Ensure effective lead management, enquiry conversion, and sales follow-up processes.
* Analyze sales reports, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
* Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training programs for the sales team.
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and registration teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and business partners.
* Ensure compliance with dealership and OEM sales processes and standards.
