We are Hiring Trainee Bartender!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior bartenders in daily bar operations.
- Learn and support the preparation of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and work area.
- Arrange and clean glassware, bar equipment, and supplies.
- Serve beverages to guests as per service standards.
- Ensure ice, garnishes, mixers, and bar stocks are properly maintained.
- Follow responsible beverage service and age verification procedures.
- Support opening and closing duties of the bar.
- Adhere to hotel policies, hygiene, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management/Catering is preferred.
- Good communication and grooming skills.
- Willingness to learn bar operations and customer service.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
