We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead B2B sales operations, drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, customer relationship management experience, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Lead and manage the sales team for maximum performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build strong relationships with clients and key accounts
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and escalations
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports
- Manage showroom operations, product display, and brand presentation
- Plan and execute promotional activities and exhibitions
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience in B2B sales and client handling
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and sales tools
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- 8–10 years of sales experience
- Minimum 4–5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in B2B, garment, fashion, or related industry preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
