Head – Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics, dispatch, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Ensure timely deliveries and optimize transportation costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams.
- Drive process improvements and team performance.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of SCM, Logistics, and Warehousing experience.
- Mandatory experience in the Cable & Conductor Manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, inventory management, and transportation planning.
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- B.E./B.Tech preferred; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
