Estimation & Costing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Calculate quantities and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
- Conduct rate analysis for materials, labor, and subcontract works.
- Estimate project budgets and resource requirements.
Tender & Proposal Support
- Prepare tender documents and estimation reports.
- Review tender specifications and commercial requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations.
- Support submission of project proposals and bids.
Cost Control & Budget Monitoring
- Compare estimated cost with actual project cost.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Monitor budget deviations and report variations.
- Support project cost planning and forecasting.
Coordination Responsibilities
- Coordinate with project managers, QS team, purchase, and site engineers.
- Clarify technical and commercial queries related to estimation.
- Support procurement planning based on estimated quantities.
