Key Responsibilities
- Manage e-commerce platforms and marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, specifications, pricing, and keywords.
- Monitor and process online orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage pricing, discounts, offers, promotions, and marketplace campaigns.
- Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and prepare performance reports.
- Monitor product rankings, visibility, traffic, conversion rates, and sales performance.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for online promotions and advertising campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and customer experience.
- Monitor competitor pricing, products, promotions, and marketplace activities.
- Resolve marketplace-related issues, including listing errors, account issues, order discrepancies, and payment-related concerns.
- Ensure accurate product information and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
- Maintain proper records of sales, inventory, returns, and marketplace performance.
