Job Summary
The Regional Sales Head is responsible for driving sales growth, managing regional sales operations, developing business opportunities, and leading the sales team of all branches to achieve revenue and profitability targets within the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration across the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities, key customers, and emerging market trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Ensure effective coordination among branch offices and sales personnel.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage key accounts and strategic customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the team during negotiations and major business discussions.
Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Analyze sales performance and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS to management.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend appropriate actions.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Finance teams.
- Ensure timely execution of sales campaigns and customer projects.
- Support product launches and promotional activities within the region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) & B.Tech (ECE) preferred.
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing multi-location sales teams.

- Experience in Industrial Automation, Factory Automation, Terminal Automation,I nstrumentation or related industries.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
