Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, email marketing, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Identify potential clients for Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website Development, Shopify, and E-commerce services.
- Conduct client discovery calls, understand business requirements, and present suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and customized business presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets as assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project onboarding and client handover.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain accurate records in CRM or internal tracking systems.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with clients.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and update management on sales progress.
- Ensure excellent client experience throughout the sales process.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development or IT/Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing services including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Shopify, and E-commerce solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding, email campaigns, and client acquisition.
- Ability to understand client requirements and provide strategic business solutions.
- Strong follow-up, relationship-building, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and proposal preparation.
- Proficiency in English
