The Relationship Manager – Sales is responsible for driving direct sales through proactive engagement with prospects and clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and managing high-net-worth individual (HNI) client relationships. This role requires a dynamic professional with a go-getter attitude, a passion for sales, and the ability to travel frequently.
- Direct Sales:
- Conduct field sales activities, including face-to-face meetings with prospects at their locations.
- Effectively deliver sales presentations tailored to the prospects' needs.
- Manage direct meetings, web leads, exhibition sales, and appointments generated through various channels.
- Lead Generation and Management:
- Source and generate appointments with prospective clients.
- Handle Happy Family Reference Programme (HFRP) for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Customer Engagement and Issue Resolution:
- Address and resolve customer issues or escalations effectively.
- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and provide excellent post-sales service.
- Market Knowledge and B2C Sales:
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of the local market and competitors.
- Perform effectively in a B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environment, driving results for the BLISS profile.
- Experience:
- Prior experience in direct sales, HNI client handling, and field sales.
- Background in industries like timeshare/travel, insurance, real estate, or banking is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English and local language.
- Excellent interpersonal and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to convert prospects into customers effectively.
- Other Requirements:
- Flexible and willing to travel frequently within the state.
- High enthusiasm, diligence, and commitment to long-term organizational goals.
- A pleasant personality and professional demeanor.
- Age & Availability:
- Age: Up to 28–30 years (preferably unmarried).
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred, with a joining period of 7–15 days maximum.
