Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon and Flipkart seller accounts
- Create, update, and optimize product listings and catalogues
- Handle inventory management and stock updates
- Run and optimize Amazon & Flipkart advertising campaigns
- Monitor marketplace performance, sales, and order processing
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for smooth dispatches
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer-related issues
- Maintain pricing, promotions, and marketplace offers
- Analyze sales reports and prepare performance reports
- Ensure account health and marketplace compliance
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Panel
- Knowledge of Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads
- Product listing and catalogue management experience
- Understanding of marketplace operations and order management
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate should have practical marketplace handling experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales processes
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
