Job Summary
The Fundraising Manager will develop and manage relationships with individual donors to generate sustainable support for Utkarsh Global Foundation’s initiatives. The role involves designing strategies to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, working closely with the Head – Individual Giving to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential donors, including family offices, trusts, and non-traditional segments.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and nurture existing donors for long-term engagement.
- Convert leads into recurring and major donations through personalized donor journeys and proposals.
- Organize donor engagement events, field visits, and other initiatives to deepen relationships.
- Collaborate with the Resource Mobilization team to share insights and maximize fundraising opportunities.
- Maintain accurate donor data and ensure timely acknowledgments and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Non-Profit Management (other disciplines considered with relevant experience).
- 5+ years of experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or donor engagement.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of fundraising best practices and philanthropic trends.
- Existing network with individual donors or relevant organizations is a plus.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
