About the Role
Amethyst Wellness is looking for an experienced and passionate Wellness Manager to lead our spa and wellness operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service, and proven experience in managing spa or wellness center operations while driving business growth and maintaining premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the wellness center.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise therapists and front desk staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience and high service standards.
- Handle client consultations, appointments, and customer concerns professionally.
- Achieve monthly revenue, sales, and membership targets.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and grooming standards.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and control operational costs.
- Create staff schedules and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Implement marketing campaigns, promotions, and client retention strategies.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and wellness compliance standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Spa Manager, Wellness Manager, or Salon Manager.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Experience handling sales targets and business development.
- Knowledge of spa, wellness, and beauty services.
- Proficiency in appointment management and POS software is preferred.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and problem-solving ability.
