Job Title: Commis II (Restaurant Kitchen)

Job Summary:
The Commis II supports the kitchen team in food preparation and basic cooking tasks under the guidance of senior chefs. This role focuses on learning, assisting in daily kitchen operations, and ensuring adherence to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients such as chopping, cutting, marinating, and portioning
- Support senior chefs in cooking and plating dishes as per standard recipes
- Maintain mise en place for smooth kitchen operations
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards as per company guidelines
- Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies
- Properly label and store food items to avoid wastage
- Help in maintaining stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
- Carry out basic cooking tasks under supervision
- Adhere to kitchen SOPs and company policies
Skills & Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques
- Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI knowledge preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take instructions
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Culinary Arts (preferred)
- 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or freshers can apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
