Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced and technically strong lead
- who is interested in taking ownership of projects and leading development initiatives while working closely with international clients. This role is ideal for senior developers who enjoy:

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions
- Lead and guide the development team throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in client discussions, technical meetings, and solution planning
- Lead solution planning, estimation, and technical proposal creation
- Drive pre-sales activities, including demos, presentations, and technical consultations.
- Develop and manage scalable web applications and APIs
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and project teams for smooth execution
- Ensure code quality, performance, and timely delivery
- Suggest improvements, automation ideas, and better development practices
- Handle technical challenges and provide effective solutions
