We are hiring staff nurses for the post of occupational health nurse/ industrial nurse for corporate company situated in Sarjapura, Bangalore. The candidate must possess a valid KNC registration and have above two years of experience after the registration. Immediate joining candidates can apply.
The OHC Nurse is responsible for providing primary healthcare services, emergency response, and occupational health support at the workplace. The role ensures employee well-being, statutory compliance, and effective health management within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care for workplace injuries and illnesses
- Maintain medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Assist in health surveillance and statutory compliance activities
- Coordinate with Factory Medical Officer/visiting doctor for case management
- Manage medicine inventory, medical equipment, and biomedical waste disposal
- Conduct health awareness sessions and wellness programs
- Support incident investigation and maintain accident/illness reports
Eligibility Criteria:
- GNM / B.Sc Nursing (M.Sc Nursing preferred)
- Valid Karnataka Nursing Council registration
- 3+ years of experience in Clinical/ Hospital/ occupational health / industrial / corporate setup preferred
- Good communication and documentation skills
Working Conditions:
Shift wise operations (6 days working) in a corporate/industrial environment.
Pay: ₹26,000.00 per month
