Job Summary:
We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance, hardware/software support, and maintenance services for IT systems and office automation products. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of computer hardware, troubleshooting, and printer/photocopier servicing.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems, laptops, and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform system formatting, OS installation, and software setup.
- Service and maintain printers, photocopiers, and office automation equipment.
- Provide technical support to clients and resolve service-related issues.
- Diagnose and repair computer hardware problems.
- Handle customer visits and provide on-site technical assistance.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Experience in IT hardware support, laptop/desktop servicing, or office automation.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and peripherals.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to travel across Kerala
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
