Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who can efficiently source, screen, and place top IT talent. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple requirements, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with clients and follow up on feedback
- Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
- Ensure timely submissions and maintain quality standards
- Track and manage candidate data in ATS/CRM systems
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
- Proven experience hiring for roles such as Data Engineers, Developers, Cloud Engineers, QA, etc.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies (e.g., AWS, SQL, Python, Databricks, etc.)
- Experienced with Canadian recruitment process
- Experience working with clients in North America
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in EST time zone
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a staffing/consulting environment
- Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment metrics
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills
Pay: ₹11,893.75 - ₹25,892.63 per month
