HR & Admin Executive

HR Manager / Director / Head – HR & Administration
The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for managing human resource functions and administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the insurance broking company. The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, office administration, vendor management, facility management, and statutory compliance support.
Key Responsibilities :-
* Source, screen, and coordinate recruitment for various positions.
* Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
* Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
* Conduct employee induction and onboarding.
* Maintain employee records and personnel files.
* Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
* Issue employment-related letters and certificates.
* Maintain HR policies and employee handbook records.
* Track attendance, leave, reimbursements, and incentive data.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
* Maintain statutory records and HR compliance documentation.
* Ensure adherence to company policies and labour law requirements.
* Manage day-to-day office operations and housekeeping.
* Ensure proper maintenance of office infrastructure and equipment.
* Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory.
* Coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
* Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
* Negotiate and renew vendor contracts.
* Ensure timely payment processing and vendor coordination.
* Maintain records of company assets including laptops, mobile phones, furniture, and office equipment.
* Conduct periodic asset verification.
* Manage allocation and recovery of assets during joining and exit.
* Maintain office licenses, agreements, and administrative records.
* Ensure workplace safety and security measures.
Qualification :-
* Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. 1–5 years of experience in HR and Administration. Freshers can apply, salary for freshers is 15000 per month
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
