Key Responsibilities:
1. Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify and develop reliable suppliers for raw materials, components, and services.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize purchase orders.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
2. Purchase Order Processing & Documentation
- Prepare and process purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs).
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and budget guidelines.
- Track order status, deliveries, and payment terms with vendors.
3. Cost Control & Negotiation
- Conduct cost analysis and market research to get the best pricing.
- Identify and implement cost-saving strategies in procurement.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure budget adherence.
4. Inventory Coordination & Material Planning
- Coordinate with plant stores and production teams to ensure material availability.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and JIT (Just-In-Time) inventory practices.
5. Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to ISO, GST, taxation, and regulatory compliance in procurement.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase transactions, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly procurement reports to management.

Location: Bengaluru
Key Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, vendor management, or purchasing in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) and purchase order management.
- Experience in sourcing engineering components, raw materials, and industrial consumables.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in genset, acoustic enclosure, or heavy engineering industry procurement.
- Familiarity with import/export documentation and global sourcing.
- Understanding of cost-saving techniques and procurement best practices.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
