Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products (mobiles, accessories, gadgets, etc.).
- Stay updated on the latest products, offers, and features in the market.
- Ensure attractive and organized product displays in the store.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support as needed.
- Coordinate with the store team for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in retail sales preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
- Passion for mobile phones, electronics, and latest tech.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as per retail schedules.
- Basic computer skills (billing systems, product lookups, etc.)
