Full Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and dynamic Sales Staff to join our team for our locations in Thrissur and Irinjalakuda.
Candidates assigned to the upcoming Irinjalakuda outlet may undergo initial orientation and training at our Thrissur main branch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers warmly, understand their preferences, and demonstrate gold, silver, and diamond collections (including lightweight lines and premium silver brands like GLAIN).
- Sales & Conversions: Proactively work to meet sales targets through cross-selling and upselling (e.g., matching accessories).
- Billing & Documentation: Coordinate with the billing desk for accurate pricing, offer application, and invoice explanation.
- Display & Inventory Care: Maintain spotless display counters, assist with visual merchandising, and coordinate restocking with the inventory manager.
- CRM & Follow-ups: Collect customer contact details, share after-sales care guidance, and notify repeat buyers about new arrivals or special events.
- Showroom Etiquette: Adhere to grooming standards, assist marketing during shoot days/influencer visits, and maintain a collaborative environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years in jewellery or premium retail sales (Required).
- Languages: Fluency in Malayalam (Required); functional English or Hindi is an advantage.
- Skills: Excellent communication, basic computer literacy, familiarity with billing software, and strong interpersonal skills.
