Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer rollout
- Source candidates through job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.), social media, referrals, and headhunting
- Write, post, and manage compelling job descriptions across multiple hiring platforms
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist relevant candidates efficiently
- Conduct initial telephonic and video screening interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and final onboarding documentation
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Proactively build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract the right talent
- Maintain a database of qualified candidates for recurring and upcoming roles
Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Collaboration
- Work closely with department heads and managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress, pipeline status, and candidate feedback
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation benchmarks
Employer Branding
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a preferred employer
- Represent the company professionally at job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and networking events
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
HR & Admin Support
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, applicant tracking, and hiring reports
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rate
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations
- Support onboarding activities and coordinate with HR for smooth joining formalities
- Assist with HR documentation, employee records, and basic administrative tasks as needed
Education & Eligibility CriteriaRequired
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following:
- BBA – Human Resources or Business Administration
- B.Com / M.Com with HR specialisation
- Any graduate with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Preferred / Added Advantage
- MBA or PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is strongly preferred
- Prior internship or work experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
- Experience hiring for healthcare, sales, or operations roles is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
