. Electrical Maintenance
- Attend to electrical complaints and breakdowns in classrooms, offices, labs, corridors, and other areas.
- Repair and maintain lights, fans, switches, sockets, DBs, MCBs, and electrical wiring.
- Check and rectify electrical faults, loose connections, short circuits, and power supply issues.
- Carry out routine inspection of electrical systems and report any unsafe conditions.
- Support maintenance of UPS, DG, transformer, pumps, and other electrical equipment as required.
- Replace faulty electrical components and ensure proper functioning after repair.
- Maintain electrical tools, materials, and spare parts properly.
- Follow electrical safety procedures while carrying out all maintenance work.
2. Plumbing Maintenance
- Attend to plumbing complaints in toilets, wash areas, classrooms, kitchen, and other school facilities.
- Repair and replace taps, valves, flush systems, health faucets, pipes, fittings, and sanitary fixtures.
- Attend to water leakage, blocked pipelines, drainage issues, and overflowing tanks.
- Check and maintain water pumps, sump tanks, overhead tanks, and water supply lines.
- Identify and rectify wastewater and drainage problems.
- Carry out preventive plumbing maintenance to avoid major breakdowns.
3. School Facility Support
- Attend emergency maintenance complaints promptly, especially those affecting student and staff safety.
- Conduct daily/regular inspection of electrical and plumbing facilities.
- Coordinate with external technicians/vendors when specialized work is required.
- Maintain records of complaints, repairs, materials used, and completed works.
- Inform the Facilities/Campus Manager about major faults, material requirements, and safety concerns.
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and safe after completing maintenance.
4. Safety & Compliance
- Strictly follow school safety rules and electrical/plumbing safety procedures.
- Do not carry out unsafe electrical work without proper isolation and authorization.
- Use appropriate PPE and safety tools.
- Immediately report any electrical shock risk, water leakage near electrical equipment, fire risk, or other hazardous condition.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
