We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Executive to manage booking requests and ensure a seamless reservation experience for our customers. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and booking requests from customers
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of all reservations
- Handle incoming booking inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
- Confirm reservations and send confirmation details to customers
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure room/service availability
- Manage cancellations, modifications, and special requests
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to reservations
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and customer information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in reservations, front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and booking systems preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
