Key Responsibilities
- Installation and configuration of printers and related devices
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in printers
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of printers
- Support for passbook printers, barcode printers, scanners, and multifunction devices
- Coordinate with clients for service calls and issue resolution
- Maintain service reports and installation records
- Handle replacement of spare parts and consumables
- Provide onsite and remote technical support
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
