About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven Affiliate Head – Delivery to lead and scale our campaign execution team. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on execution capability, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing operations to ensure high-quality delivery and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure high-quality campaign execution across all affiliate channels
- Lead and manage a team of 25+ marketers for seamless ad delivery
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution, from onboarding to optimization
- Optimize and streamline SOPs to improve efficiency and scalability
- Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance metrics
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement quick resolutions
- Drive revenue growth and profitability (margins) across campaigns
- Ensure strong cross-functional alignment with sales, tech, and product teams
- Maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and networks
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices in affiliate delivery
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong team handling and leadership skills (experience managing large teams)
- Proven ability in campaign execution & delivery management
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing & media buying
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision making
- Ability to optimize processes (SOPs) and improve operational efficiency
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with tracking platforms, attribution tools, and campaign analytics
