Job Overview
ExpertPro Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Surveyor to lead and execute land, construction, infrastructure, topographic, and engineering survey projects. The candidate should be capable of independently handling survey activities, managing survey teams, checking accuracy, and coordinating with engineers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise survey teams at project sites.
- Conduct Total Station, DGPS/GNSS, RTK, and topographic surveys.
- Establish survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and reference systems.
- Carry out setting-out and alignment work for construction and infrastructure projects.
- Perform boundary, land, road, pipeline, building, and as-built surveys.
- Check survey measurements and ensure required accuracy and quality.
- Process and verify field survey data.
- Prepare and check survey drawings, coordinate lists, levels, and reports.
- Coordinate survey activities with civil engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients.
- Monitor daily survey progress and maintain proper field records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in survey measurements and drawings.
- Ensure proper operation, care, and calibration of survey instruments.
- Train and guide junior surveyors and survey assistants.
- Prepare daily/weekly survey reports and project documentation.
- Travel to different project locations as required.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, Geomatics, or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant surveying experience preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Total Station and DGPS/GNSS.
- Experience with RTK, topographic, boundary, and construction surveys.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data-processing software.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand coordinates, levels, benchmarks, and alignments.
- Strong knowledge of surveying procedures and quality control.
- Ability to independently manage survey work and lead a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.

Salary
₹35,000 – ₹37,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
Site/travel allowance may be provided as per project requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dombivli, Maharashtra
