Job Summary
The Fashion Designer cum Grooming Artist will be responsible for managing the styling, grooming, and appearance standards of event manpower to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational brand guidelines. The role encompasses uniform design and management, grooming training, wardrobe and inventory oversight, vendor coordination, and on-site presentation management, ensuring a professional, consistent, and event-ready workforce across all assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Styling & Uniform Management
· Design and curate uniforms / dress codes, as per latest trends in hospitality industry
· Research & Develop vendor resource
· Ensure proper fitting, styling, and maintenance of outfits
· Coordinate with vendors for stitching, alterations, and procurement
2. Grooming & Presentation Standards
· Define and implement grooming standards for all inhouse & outsourced event staff
· Conduct grooming training sessions (hair, makeup, hygiene, posture, attire)
· Perform on-ground grooming checks before and during events
3. Event Readiness & Execution
· Ensure staff is event-ready as per brand guidelines
· Manage last-minute styling or grooming requirements on-site
· Maintain uniformity and consistency in team appearance
4. Inventory & Wardrobe Management
· Ensure maintenance of uniforms / dress codes, accessories, and grooming kits
· Track issuance and return of outfits and accessories
· Ensure proper storage and upkeep of all items
5. Client Coordination
· Understand client partner’s expectations regarding styling and presentation
· Customize looks as per event theme (luxury, corporate, wedding, etc.)
· Ensure high appearance standards aligned with brand image
Experience & Qualifications:
· 1–3 years of experience in Fashion Designing, Styling, or Grooming
· Strong sense of style, detailing, and presentation aesthetics
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing / Fashion Technology / Styling
· Certification in Grooming, Makeup, or Personal Styling is an added advantage
Key Skills:
· Strong fashion sense and creativity
· Knowledge of grooming standards and personal presentation
· Vendor coordination and inventory management skills
· Excellent communication and training abilities
· Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
