Praxis Packaging is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in sales coordination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely updates.
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and other internal departments for order execution.
- Track sales activities and prepare periodic reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and business growth.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Sales Coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
