Apex Workforce Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Development Manager (US Staffing) to drive business growth by acquiring new Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS accounts, and Implementation Partners across the US market.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in US Staffing sales, client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for US Staffing services.
- Acquire Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, and Implementation Partners.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Schedule meetings and present staffing solutions to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to fulfill client requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to account closure.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Build long-term strategic partnerships.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of Business Development experience in US Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of the US Staffing industry.
- Experience acquiring Direct Clients, MSP, VMS, and Tier-1 Vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of US Staffing clients.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.).
- Knowledge of IT staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience in contract staffing and permanent placements.
