About the Role:
We are hiring Service Engineers with a 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. The ideal candidate should be technically curious, willing to travel locally, and eager to build a strong foundation in field service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment or machinery at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and field repairs.
- Respond to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare basic service reports and update documentation.
- Coordinate with the internal team for escalations or support.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (3-year full-time program).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, or equipment servicing.
- Willingness to travel locally in and around Calicut for service visits.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
