Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell residential and commercial real estate properties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting clients in person, conducting property site visits, generating leads, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Meet prospective clients to understand their property requirements.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and CRM teams to update customer information.
- Maintain knowledge of current market trends, competitor projects, and pricing.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
- Good presentation and customer relationship management skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Freshers or candidates with 1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license (preferred).
