We're Hiring: Business Development Associate
Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships and contributing to India's spiritual and religious ecosystem? Join us in expanding our Durlabh Darshan Kendra network across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard temples and religious destinations for partnerships.
- Engage with temple trusts, priests, government authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Deliver presentations, proposals, and partnership pitches.
- Negotiate and close strategic partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and project execution.
- Represent the organization during site visits, exhibitions, and spiritual events.
- Travel extensively across India to build relationships and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Government Liaison, or Institutional Partnerships.
- Experience with religious institutions, temple administrations, or government departments is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel 20–25 days per month.
- Understanding of temple ecosystems, faith tourism, or spiritual technology is a plus.
- Vegetarian lifestyle and a deep faith and understanding of Hindu traditions are preferred.
