Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Officer for the Customer Action Team (CAT) specializing in Loyalty. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and managing loyalty programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and enhancing customer engagement through innovative solutions. This role involves analyzing customer feedback, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement loyalty initiatives that align with the company’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage customer loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for program enhancement.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of loyalty initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of loyalty programs, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
- Develop communication plans to inform customers about loyalty program benefits and updates.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to loyalty programs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to customer loyalty and recommend best practices for program improvements.
Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and loyalty program management tools.
- Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of customer experience principles and techniques for enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies, including email marketing and social media engagement.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in customer relationship management, loyalty program management, or a similar role.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
