About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Consultant / ERP Functional Consultant with a background in Accounts or Finance who is interested in building a career in ERP implementation and functional consulting.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting concepts, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to interact confidently with clients and understand their business requirements.
Candidates with 0–4 years of experience are welcome to apply, including freshers with strong accounting knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand clients' accounting and financial processes and business requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering discussions with clients.
- Analyze existing accounting processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Map accounting requirements to ERP modules and workflows.
- Assist in ERP implementation, configuration, and functional activities.
- Prepare functional documents, process flows, requirement documents, and user stories.
- Work closely with technical teams to communicate functional requirements.
- Perform functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Conduct ERP demonstrations and explain accounting functionalities to clients.
- Assist with data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Provide functional support to clients during and after implementation.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts.
- Good understanding of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, invoicing, payments, taxation, and reconciliation.
- Confident in interacting with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements.
- Willingness to learn ERP systems and functional consulting.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
Educational Qualification

- Other relevant Accounts/Finance qualifications
