Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads generated through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM/lead tracker with accurate information.
- Send follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages to prospects.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making cold calls.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn sales and business development.
- Prior internship or telecalling experience is a bonus but not mandatory.

Internship Details
- Duration: 3–6 months
- Location: Bangalore (On-site)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Stipend: Competitive (based on skills and experience)
- Pre-Placement Offer (PPO): High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role.
