Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing site activities, supervising workers and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, monitoring project progress, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and clients to achieve project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations and workforce activities.
Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project schedules and report progress to management.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.
Conduct site inspections and identify potential risks or issues.
Manage materials, equipment, and site resources efficiently.
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation.
Resolve operational problems and address worker concerns.
Verify completed work and ensure adherence to project requirements.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (often preferred).
Relevant experience in construction or site management.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in project reporting and basic computer applications.
