Warehouse Manager – Textiles Export Industry (Job Profile)
Position: Warehouse Manager 2
Industry: Textiles / Garments Export Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall warehouse operations for raw materials, fabrics, accessories, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of export consignments.
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Planning, Quality, and Logistics departments.
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory audits.
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Ensure timely dispatch of export shipments as per customer schedules.
- Manage loading, unloading, and transportation activities.
- Prepare warehouse reports, stock reconciliation, and MIS reports.
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, forklift operators, and storekeepers.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and export documentation requirements.

Qualification:
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Textile, or related field.
Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in warehouse/store management in a Textiles, Garment, or Export Manufacturing Industry.
Preferred Exposure:
- Export-oriented textile units
- Fabric, yarn, garment, or home textile manufacturing
- Container loading and export dispatch operations
Salary Range:
- ₹6 LPA – ₹12 LPA (depending on experience )
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
