Key Responsibilities
Conduct PoSH awareness training sessions for employees, management teams, and Internal Committee members.
Deliver engaging online and offline workshops across corporates, educational institutions, hospitals, and organizations.
Explain legal provisions under the PoSH Act, workplace ethics, professional conduct, and complaint redressal mechanisms.
Customize training content based on client industry requirements.
Assist in conducting IC orientation and capacity-building programs.
Support the organization in preparing training materials, presentations, case studies, and compliance documentation.
Maintain training reports, attendance records, and feedback documentation.
Coordinate with clients regarding training schedules and compliance requirements.
Stay updated on labour laws, workplace compliance standards, and legal developments related to PoSH.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, Management, or related field.
Prior experience in PoSH training, HR training, corporate training, legal compliance, or employee relations preferred.
Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
Good understanding of workplace policies and employee behaviour.
Ability to handle sensitive topics professionally and confidently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada. Additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and online meeting platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
Certified PoSH Trainer or experience as an Internal Committee member.
Legal background or practical exposure to labour laws and workplace compliance.
Experience in conducting training for corporates or educational institutions.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
