Experience: 1-3 years of experience in BDE / Sales Executive / Inside Sales (preferably IT services)
Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and online platforms
Manage the complete sales cycle including prospecting, client interaction, requirement gathering, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
Understand client business needs and recommend suitable IT solutions such as web development, mobile apps, UI/UX, and digital marketing services
Coordinate with internal technical and pre-sales teams for proposal development and project feasibility
Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of leads and conversions
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to enhance sales strategies
