Job Description
This role will support the Digital Core Program during the RUN PHASE leading Service Introduction / take on activities following Framework as part of a large transformation program to deploy S/4 platform covering OTC/PL process.
This position ensures a smooth transition from project delivery into scale operations, enabling Business as usual (BAU). The role will act as key link between project team, product teams/ delivery organization, ensuring the solutions are operationally ready, supportable and aligned with Business requirements / ITILS service delivery process. The role combines functional expertise, operational readiness and service management ensuring the S/4 take on scope is fully aligned / embedded into the product support Model
- Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Experience in service operations or a similar role, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C), Physical Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
- Understand ITIL concepts (Incident, Problem, Change and service transition)
- Ability to operate in complex and multi-team environments.
- Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP systems
- Ability to collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure, Integration, and both technical and non-technical stakeholders Digital Transformation S/4 Deployment – Core process
- Service Introduction & Transition to operations
- Lead the new scope into GDO/BDS product and delivery model
- Transition Plan from Project to BAU including Financials Aspects
- Operational Readiness
- Functional and Technical Documentation
- Support Model / escalations Paths
- Monitoring and Integration ownership
- Operational Risks vs Mitigation Actions approval
- Product and support Alignment
- Act as bridge between all layers (Program, Projects, product owners, delivery)
- Ensure ITSM process defined (SLAs, KPIS)
- Business engagement
- Partner with Business representatives to ensure Business continuity / operational model
- Training on new WOW / Support flow
- Governance & Quality
- Ensure compliance with ITSM - ITIL best practices
- Support hypercare, exit criteria, readiness assessment
- Reporting - Transition deliverables, Status, risk and GAPS
Qualifications
Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, Masters - Software Engineering
Certifications
SAP Certified Application Associate - Business Intelligence with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 - SAPSAP, SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 - AtosAtos
